Dallape
MAESTRO Accordion

This
is another classic vintage accordion in very good condition.
It was made in the late 1950s. The body was made from naturally

excellent. The
serial number is proudly engraved or stamped on the back of the

Dallape Maestro Sound
Demo
This is a very nice, clean, and
reliable accordion. It has some wear marks. The compression is
excellent. The mechanical action is smooth. The tone is typical for
Dallape - rich and powerful with both harmonics and intensity. Please,
see the comments in the pictures area for more details.

The
bellows, bellows straps, and bass strap were replaced in 2023.

There has
been some celluloid repair on the back side of the bass cover plate. I
placed Vinyl over the area (picture below).

I
serviced the keyboard in February 2025 (after recording the sound demo).
Optimized alignment and pressure on each valve.
Stabilized the keys and set the key
travel to 4.5mm. The action is great.

The
original valves are in very good condition.

Let's take
a look inside the instrument...

The RCA
connector attached to the tone chamber cover is from previous
amplification, now removed.

This is an
original accordion. The serial number could be seen on all major
components including each reed block.
