Below
is a link to a shared folder where you can hear sound samples
of this instrument. I suggest you listen with headphones. I
split the presentation in 4 parts. Part 1 is an overview of all treble
and bass reeds playing slow scales in different switches. Part 2
presents combination of treble and bass switches in short sound
samples. In parts 3 and 4 I enjoy playing the accordion for fun.

This accordion
will make you sound better!

The black
lines you see on the treble switches are subsurface hairline cracks.
The switches feel smooth to the touch
and this is only a cosmetic issue.

Please,
note the slight celluloid (only cosmetic) damage at the lower corner of
the white bass-board (picture below), just above the plate with the
serial number. A similar celluloid crack has been repaired at the upper
side. These are minor issues that do not affect the performance and can
only be seen from a very close distance.

Let's take
a look inside the accordion ...

The
accordion body and the tone chamber are made of aged mahogany.

The Bass
and Tenor reeds are double-riveted.
