service of your accordion(s) or buying a new or serviced instrument
from me allows me to do what I love. I have a passion for accordion
music and for restoring as many of these fascinating instruments as

many of you we've become friends over many years of collaboration. I

This Siwa & Figli instrument
is spectacular. Imagine
the power of the Super Quattro now enhanced with a third set of
clarinet reeds, tuned musette and complementing the concert tuned part
of the instrument. The Super Quinta allows you enjoy the versatility
of two different instruments and the joint power of all 5 sets of
treble reeds. The piccolo reeds can activated with a pair of
switches (the first and the last). This way you can have access to 24
(!) different treble sounds without cluttering the grill with
switches. The chin switch is connected to the triple musette sound,
also available on the grill. The palm master action is decoupled from
the piccolo reeds. Therefore, pressing the master will result in LMMM
when the piccolo reeds are closed or in LMMMH when the piccolo reeds
are active. There are 24 different treble sounds ranging from
classic concert sounds, to mild vibrato, to brilliant tremolo, to rich
3-reed full musette. Please, listen to the sound samples to fully
appreciate the versatility of this accordion.
This
is one of a king accordion, crafted from aged mahogany. It looks
gorgeous. In addition to the classic tone chamber you can enjoy
the enhanced tonal depth that is provided by the "resovox" chamber
(additional resonator(s) under the key bed, originally designed by
Sonola for the SS series). The tonal richness and power
matches the appearance. No expense has been spared building this
instrument. It features the hand-made CAGNONI "UNIQUE" reeds, genuine
leather reed valves, and excellent mechanics throughout. The internal
metal parts have been anodized and will never rust.

The chin switch gives you a quick
access to the full musette sound (MMM). The first treble switch opens
the piccolo (H) reeds independent of the other treble
switches. The last treble switch (Closed) closes the piccolo
reeds. This way you can select the Bassoon switch and enjoy a
beautiful deep warm sound. Then press the first (Open) switch and get
the Organ sound (LH). You
have access to 24 different treble sounds.

This
instrument has had a customer for less than a year. It has been part
of the Accordion Gallery Siwa & Filgi collection for the last 10
years. Hopefully it will make a perfect gift for someone and
bring a lifetime of happiness and joy. It comes with two years

The first
key "Super Quinta Special" is not operational. This is a standard
full-size professional keyboard with 41 keys and F-A range.
Pressing
the first (OPEN) switch will add piccolo reeds to any of the other reed
combinations.
For
example, playing the Accordion switch (LM1M2) press the (OPEN) switch to
get a 4-reed accordion master (LMMH).
Now if
you press the Bassoon switch you will have an organ sound (LH) since the
piccolo reeds are active.
To go the
the Bassoon (L) sound, press the last (CLOSED) switch.
The
accordion was originally delivered with black leather shoulder straps,
same as the bass strap and bellows straps.
I have
new Siwa & Figli black leather shoulder straps and can send them
with the accordion instead of the straps in the picture.
I like
the brown leather matching the accordion finish and this is the reason I
have these straps on.

The
picture below shows the bass compartment. You can see that the entire
body is crafted from solid mahogany
(even the
bass-board),not just dark brown varnish imitation as you can see from
some other manufactures.
